Many clutches are misaligned right from the factory, including the Gen 4 sleds.
We have found that most are out of alignment by 1.5 mm or 3 mm. This 3 MM shim kit will correct the issue, making your drive belt run dramatically cooler and last longer.
Also available is the 1.5 MM Shim Kit (sold separately)
Installation is easy and detailed instructions are included.
The QRS Shim kits works on all G4, XP, XM, XS & XR sleds from 2008 to 2018.
Does not fit the 2019 G4 models.
